Explanations about the Ordering Process

• This offering is intended only for company customers.
• The shipping address will be entered in a subsequent step. The country of the buyer determines the obligation to pay value-added tax (Umsatzsteuer).
• For buyers from Germany the value-added tax will be added to the product price.
• Buyers from European Union countries other than Germany are according to §13b of the German value-added tax law (Umsatzsteuergesetz) obligated to pay the value-added tax in their country.
• Buyers from countries outside of the European Union are not obligated to pay value-added tax.
• When choosing to check out via PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal website to authorize the transaction. You will confirm the transaction in a final confirmation step after being redirected back to the Plugin Smithy Software website, and you will receive a confirmation email thereafter. Check out via PayPal is mandatory for payment with credit cards. PayPal will notify Plugin Smithy Software automatically after the transaction has been completed, and the download link for the licensed software will then be emailed to you normally within a few minutes. Independently from the automatic notifications by email you will receive a paper invoice by post.
• If you prefer to pay with check or money transfer you will receive an email with payment instructions. Also a paper invoice will be sent to you by post. After Plugin Smithy Software has received the payment an email with the download information for the software will be sent to you.
• The contract is not concluded with the receipt of the confirmation email, but only after Plugin Smithy Software has received your payment.
• The text of the contract (Plugin Smithy Software Terms and Conditions and License Terms) are stored on Plugin Smithy Software's system. The text can be requested from Plugin Smithy Software also after the conclusion of the contract.
• Before the purchase order is finally submitted, the data of the purchase order is once more presented as a whole for review. By using the "Back" button the user can navigate back to the input pages to correct any input errors.
• The Plugin Smithy Software Terms and Conditions, the License Terms and the web pages for the ordering process are displayed in German, if German is set as the preferred language in the browser, otherwise in English. For the automatically generated notification emails and for the invoice there's the explicit choice between English and German.
